All Camp Lejeune claims have been submitted to the U.S. Navy JAG office for their review. To date, they have received well over 100,000 cases out of the half million claims to be reviewed. Unfortunately, the Navy has a limited number of lawyers and a small legal staff, so we anticipate this process being time-consuming.
We’ll contact you as soon as we receive feedback regarding your claim from Navy JAG or a settlement offer.
Even though claims have been submitted, we can amend them and provide additional documents if they strengthen your claim. If you have any military records such as a DD214, record, or service, please call the hotline now to discuss. Likewise, other documents that help prove residency at Camp Lejeune, including school records, class photos, love letters from homes, newspaper clippings, etc., can be submitted.

Cancers: Bladder, kidney, liver, lung, prostate, breast, esophageal, Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, multiple myeloma.
Blood Disorders: Aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndromes.
Neurological: Parkinson’s disease.
Other: Scleroderma, renal toxicity, female infertility, miscarriage, birth defects.
Hepatic Steatosis: Fatty liver disease.
Kidney Disease: End-stage renal disease.
